  • What is the difference Fixed between LTE and 5G?

    Fixed LTE is a wireless broadband internet connectivity service that provides high-speed data transmission for mobile devices and home internet use.

    Fixed 5G stands for fifth-generation technology providing faster speeds, lower latency (buffering) and greater bandwidth.
    Please note: Fixed Wireless services (LTE/5G) are meant to be placed in a router at a fixed address. MTN services are location-locked, which means you will need to keep it at the address you registered with us. On Telkom, you can move the SIM to a different location. The SIM cards on all Fixed services cannot be used in a mobile phone device.
