WIiFi Mesh Rental
1. The quality of the service is dependent on where the units are located in the home.
2. You are responsible for the placement of the Mesh units due to the physical limitations of the home, such as building layout, size and interference from other devices.
3. Mweb will ensure that the Mesh unit(s) provided are in good working condition and that they are:
3.1 Capable of supporting WiFi 5 or higher
3.2 Compatible with our free-to-use Fibre routers
4. You are responsible for looking after the equipment provided and will be liable for any damage(s) or loss(es) to the devices in your possession.
5. You can upgrade the number of units to a maximum of 4 devices.
6. You can cancel the service with a notice period of 1 calendar month.
7. Should you cancel the service:
7.1 You may return the unit(s) to us provided the condition of the units only reflect fair wear and tear and are returned in their original packaging.
7.2 You will have 20 days from the time your Home WiFi Mesh rental is deactivated to return it to us.
7.3 If we do not receive the Mesh unit(s) back from you within the 20-day period, you will be billed the full retail price of the unit(s) and it will become your own.
7.4 Remember to include your name, cellphone number and customer number when returning your mesh unit.
7.5 No returns will be accepted after 20 days have elapsed from the time that your Home WiFi Mesh rental was deactivated.
7.6 All courier costs involved in returning the mesh unit(s) are for your own account.
8. Any changes to these terms will be communicated to customers and updated on our website.
