How our promotion works
How our promotion works
On our promotional package, you will pay the discounted price in the month you go active and one full month thereafter. From your third month you will go back to the retail price.
The 25/25Mbps package is only available to new Mweb customers WITHOUT an existing Octotel installation. We will accept new tenants if an ONT is already installed (lease agreement documents will be required).
Please note: Mweb reserves the right to change retail and promotional pricing at any time. The promotional price reflects a discount off the current retail price. If the retail price goes up (e.g., due to provider price updates), we may adjust both the retail and promotional prices during the promotion (the discount amount will stay the same). T&Cs apply.

What is Fibre?
Fibre (also known as Fibre to the home or FTTH) links your home to the Internet via Fibre optic cables that use light impulses to carry data. These impulses bounce along thin glass Fibre tubes at the speed of light, which makes Fibre very fast and stable resulting in a more reliable, buffer-free, experience.
The Fibre Infrastructure Provider (e.g., Vumatel, Openserve, etc.) will lay these Fibre-optic cables and do the trenching in your neighbourhood. They will be the team handling the installation of Fibre into your home, after you have ordered with an ISP.
Mweb is an Internet Service Provider (ISP). We connect you to the internet and manage your connection after the physical installation has been completed by the Fibre Infrastructure Provider.
