If you've been through the device troubleshooting guide and you think your device or SIM card might be faulty you will need to get a replacement.
If you obtained the device from MWEB as part of a mobile data contract and you are still within the warranty period you can contact us and we'll advise you on how to proceed, as per the hardware replacement guide.
If the device is outside o the warranty period, or it was obtained elsewhere you will need to arrange for a replacement yourself.
SIM cards are not covered by warranty. Faulty, or damaged SIM cards can be replaced at any time and are subject to a replacement cost
