Next-gen GeForce graphics card solution unveiled by Maxsun

Everyone and their cat knows that the next-generation of GeForce graphics cards are on their way and we’ve already seen multiple leaks, from possible specifications to potential release dates. With that being said, we don’t know exactly when NVIDIA will reveal and subsequently release the 11-Series GPUs (or 20-Series) but all signs point to Gamescom 2018 where NVIDIA will be present and promises some “Spectacular surprises".

Now, it seems that manufacturer Maxsun might have jumped the gun a bit at the ChinaJoy, as the company revealed an image of their GeForce GTX 1180/2080 iCRAFT Triple-Fan Custom Graphics Card for their premium iCRAFT graphics card series. Basically, it’s a three-fan custom air-cooled solution for the next-gen graphics cards with some cool RGB lighting and from the image below you can also see one 8-pin power connector.

This news comes from reports from Techquila and WCCFtech and as always, you should take everything about the next-gen NVIDIA cards with a grain of salt until an official announcement has been made. With that in mind, the card shown in the image below is reportedly called the Maxsun GTX 2080 iCraft, which goes against the 11-Series naming we’ve seen pop up quite a few times in the past.

We are all pretty excited to finally learn the specific specifications and pricing for the next-gen GeForce cards and if I were to guess, NVIDIA’s CEO, Jensen Huang, will probably just walk up on stage with a GTX 1180 at Gamescom, talk a bit about the GPU and announce a release date, followed by the act of handing out some green sandwiches to fans.

Hopefully, reports that the next-gen GeForce cards based on the Turing architecture could be priced much higher than the 10-Series won’t come true, but we will very likely know all the details before the end of the month as Gamescom takes place from 21 to 25 August.

What do you hope to see from the next-gen GeForce cards? Let us know in the comment section below.
