A PUBG hack or exploit reportedly makes players immune to circle damage

Have you ever gotten so close to a lovely poultry-based dinner just to get it snatched away from you by a player you couldn’t see, then died a slow, painful death to circle damage? Well, that might be due to a new hack or exploit in PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, where some players are making themselves immune to the damage of the dreaded blue circle of death.

As discussed on Reddit and reported by GameRant, there is a new exploit making the rounds in PUBG on PC. At the time of writing, it is still unclear how the exploit or hack actually works, but it isn’t a map specific thing, as a player using the hack was outed on Reddit and it showed that player winning the prized chicken dinner on both the original and the desert map.

What this hack or exploit basically does is allow these unsavoury characters to just stand around and wait for their opponents to die to the circle damage. They just stand there and look at the chaos from afar until the circle finally closes in on the last remaining player. More evidence of the hack has been posted on Reddit where players go on winning streaks without so much as a single point of damage done or a step is taken.

That just sounds horrible and I don’t know why someone would do that because it doesn’t sound like fun at all. At the time of writing, the developer has not mentioned this new hack or exploit, but we all know that PUBG has a big cheater problem, even with so many banhammers being dropped and a new anti-cheat system in place, so use the cheater reporting feature if you suspect anyone of using this new glitch or hack.

Have you run into anyone you suspect of using this new exploit or hack? Let us know in the comment section below.
