The top 10 fantastic new deals and more on the Xbox Store this week

Xbox Store highlights.jpg

Last week Friday, Monster Hunter: World and Dragon Ball FighterZ released on the Xbox Store, so you probably have some great new games to play already. Even so, with a renewed gaming budget after the January payday, it is always great to see some new deals to take advantage of. A new batch of Deals with Gold has appeared on the Xbox Store and the Spotlight Sale offerings are finally back after a two-week absence.

Before we get to the deals, let’s take a look at the new additions to the Xbox Store this week.

New to the Xbox Store this week

For me, there aren’t many exciting releases this week, but some gamers might be very excited for UFC 3, which is available now. An interesting addition is Asemblance, which is a first-person psychological-thriller that won’t scare away your wallet. Check out the new additions to the Xbox Store below:

  • EA Sports UFC 3 Champions Edition – R1,199 (R1,079.10 with EA Access)
  • Railway Empire – R599
  • Asemblance – R85.80

Top 10 Deals with Gold and Spotlight Sale offerings

There are some great Deals with Gold offerings, which you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription for, as well as Spotlight Sale deals (which you don’t need a subscription for) available for Xbox One owners to take full advantage of. Check out my top 10 picks from this week’s deals below. The top 10 picks are sorted in no particular order.

  • Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition – R539.40 (DWG)
  • Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe Edition – R574.50 (Spotlight)
  • FIFA 18 – R574.50 (DWG)
  • This Is the Police – R55.77 (DWG)
  • Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter – R359.60 (DWG)

You can check out the full list of deals over at Major Nelson. Please remember that these deals expire on 6 February at 13:00 South African time, so if you see something you are interested in, you have one week to pick it up.

Don’t forget that there are also some free games for Xbox Live Gold Subscribers to look forward to in February, especially if your gaming budget has already been depleted.

Which of these deals do you plan on taking advantage of? Let us know in the comment section below.
