PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds' latest weekly update is all about fixes

PUBG bug fixes patch.jpg

There has been some recent controversy surrounding PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Fortnite, but that hasn’t stopped developer Bluehole from improving PUBG. The game’s 27th weekly patch is now live, and although it is not a feature-filled update or mentions anything about the exciting future plans, it does bring some nice quality of life improvements in the form of User Interface and bug fixes.

27 weekly patches show that the developer is hard at work improving the game and even though the fixes might not be the ones you’ve been looking for, it is good to know that the game continues to get better and better each week. You can check out which fixes the patch brings to the game below.

UI/UX:

  • Enhanced breathing animation in the Spectator mode
  • Added a new feature in the Settings to adjust the zoom-in and zoom-out speed of the World Map

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed a bug that made the shadows disappear mid-game
  • Fixed a graphic bug related to players who left the game inside of the starting airplane
  • Fixed a bug that prevented users from seeing the full alias of their teammates
  • Improved the synchronization between player aim and spectator aim
  • Fixed a bug to accurately display teammates' marker direction in Free Look mode
