Tournament Organiser, Jonathan "NiteFenix" Bester, "Two years ago, while still part of the ITF Gaming team, I helped put together an Injustice: Gods Among Us tournament for the first Geek Fest. Being a fan of the MK series though, it's always been something I've wanted to do. So with the help of Darryl Linington (of ITF Gaming) and several other partners I am happy to say that it will now be a reality at Geek Fest 2015."

Ster Kinekor Entertainment has been involved with Geek Fest for the past few years, but this will be the first time they are also contributing to a video game tournament. I hope it's not the last! It's cool to see at least one of South Africa's gaming giants support events like Geek Fest. SKE is also involved with South Africa's inclusion in the worldwide Who's Next Mortal Kombat X Cup, one of the greatest eSports events of 2015. See here to register as a spectator and here to compete for the SA qualifiers.
