Lite Package: 

- The domain name you have chosen will be billed annually at a cost of (mention the cost of the package).  

- The Lite package includes a free website self-builder, uncapped hosting space that's shared, uncapped traffic, 1 database space, 5 x 50mb domain mailboxes, and access to the C-Panel to manage your website. 

Pro Package: 

- The domain name you have chosen will be billed annually at a cost of (mention the cost of the package). 

- The Pro package includes a free website self-builder, uncapped hosting space that's shared, uncapped traffic, 1 database space, 10 x 50mb domain mailboxes, and access to the C-Panel to manage your website. 

Ultra Package: 

- The Ultra package includes a free.co.za domain name, a free website self-builder, uncapped hosting space that's shared, uncapped traffic,2 data base space, 20 x 50mb domain mailboxes, and access to the C-Panel to manage your website.

Website self-builder and control panel: 

- You can build your own website by using the self-builder tool. 

- This can be accessed via Customer Portal on the C-Panel.

Domain Transfers: 

- You will need to contact your current ISP in writing , informing them of the the transferring of your domain name over to Mweb. 

- We will require a copy of the owner’s ID and  the cancellation letter you would've sent to your current ISP. 

- Please back up all your emails and your website before doing this, as there will be downtime. 

- Kindly note the domain is process-driven. 

- You will receive an email and SMS with instructions on how to activate it. 

- The activation of this product could take 24-48 hours once everything is approved and your bank details have been verified. 

- The product is month-to-month, and a calendar month's notice is applicable in order to cancel

Billing: Existing Customer: 

- You will be billed pro rata and one month in advance, which will be debited on the last working day of the month your service is activated. 

- Thereafter, you will be invoiced the normal subscription fee as per your package. 

- This payment will be delayed to the last working day of the following month, should your activation take place around the 25th of the month. 

- Thereafter, you will be invoiced the normal subscription fee and debited on the last working day of every month. 

- For more information on how payment works, please see Clause 8 of Mweb’s General Terms and Conditions. 

- You will see “Mweb Internet” followed by your account number on your bank statement. This is our abbreviated short name used for debit orders. 

Billing: New Customer (new profile on SOLID): 

- The first bill will be the pro-rata amount for the month. 

- You will receive your first invoice within 5 working days after product activation. 

- If product activation occurs from the 26th to the end of the month, the first bill will be for the pro-rata amount plus the following month’s subscription. 

- Payment for the first invoice (bill) is collected within 5 working days from product activation. 

- Your monthly invoices will be available on MyAccount from the 11th, and payment will be collected on the last working day of the month.
