Upfront cost (Once-off order processing fee of R249)
- A one-time processing fee of R249 covers everything from router delivery to administrative tasks associated with your order and router management.
- This fee is a one-time payment processed via debit order.
- You'll also have the option to pay this fee securely via a payment link, either before the debit order is processed or after if the debit order doesn't go through.

Capped Packages:
- Data is prorated for the first month, and the package is hard-capped by default.
- Unused data carries over to the next month.
- You can buy a booster once you reach your cap.
- Boosters are billed in arrears and are valid for 60 days.
- Monthly data is used first, followed by carry-over data and then boosters.
- Night-time data is from 12 am to 7 am and does not carry over.

10MBPS
- All uncapped products follow the fair usage policy (FUP).
- For the first 500GB, you’ll connect at speeds up to 10Mbps.

20MBPS
- All uncapped products follow the fair usage policy (FUP).
- For the first 600GB, you’ll connect at speeds up to 20Mbps.

Upgrades & Downgrades:
- You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
- Upgrades take up to 72 hours to take effect, available any time during the month.

RICA: Personal Capacity:
- As soon as your order is captured, you'll receive a link via WhatsApp to complete the E-RICA process, which you must complete before delivery takes place.

Delivery:
- The SIM will be delivered within 5 days.
- For Business: This will happen as soon as the documents are received, verified, and the order is successfully processed.
- For Personal: After placing your order, you'll receive a RICA link via WhatsApp, and your order will only move forward once RICA is completed.
- Our delivery partner will then send a message with your delivery date and an OTP, which you'll need to provide to the driver on the day of delivery
- After the first missed delivery attempt, you will be billed R200 for each subsequent attempt unless the courier is at fault.

Activation stage:
- The activation of the SIM card will take up to 48 hours after the delivery of the router.
- A username & password will be sent via SMS.
- New customers: The RICA delivery fee and pro-rata subscription payments are collected within five days of activation.
- Existing customers: You'll be billed pro rata and one month in advance, debited on the last working day of the activation month.
- If activated after the 26th, the first payment includes a pro-rata amount for the current month plus the full amount for the next month.
- Subsequent payments are collected on the last working day of each month.
- For payment details, see Clause 8 of Mweb’s General Terms and Conditions.
- Your bank statement will show “Mweb Internet” followed by your account number for debit orders
