Upfront cost (Once-off order processing fee of R249)
- A one-time processing fee of R249 covers everything from router delivery to administrative tasks associated with your order and router management.
- This fee is a one-time payment processed via debit order.
- You'll also have the option to pay this fee securely via a payment link, either before the debit order is processed or after if the debit order doesn't go through.
- The link will be available on your MyAccount under the messages tab.

Capped Packages:
- Data is prorated for the first month, and the package is hard-capped by default.
- Unused daytime data carries over to the next month only. You can purchase a booster once your cap is depleted.
- Boosters are billed in arrears and are valid for the rest of the month plus one calendar month from the purchase date.
- Monthly data is used first, followed by any carry-over data, and then boosters.
- Night-time data runs from 12 am to 5 am and does not carry over.

15 MBPS:
- All uncapped products follow the fair usage policy (FUP).
- For the first 350 GB, you will connect at speeds up to 10Mbps.
- After exceeding this limit, the download speed will be reduced to 1Mbps.

- For the first 550 GB, you will connect at speeds up to 25Mbps.
- After exceeding this limit, the download speed will be reduced to 1Mbps.
60 MBPS:
- All uncapped products follow the fair usage policy (FUP).
- For the first 750 GB, you will connect at speeds up to 50 Mbps.
- After exceeding this limit, the download speed will be reduced to 1Mbps.

Upgrades & Downgrades:
- You can upgrade or downgrade.
- Upgrades can be requested anytime and are effective the same day for MTN/5G.
- Downgrades can be requested anytime, but take effect on the 1st of the next month.

- Mweb is not liable for connection issues if you use non-approved devices.
- The SIM is not a mobile service for on-the-go use.

- You will be SOFT LOCKED from the MTN network if.
- You use the Router & SIM at any other address than your registered address.
- You insert the SIM into any other Router except for the one purchased from Mweb.

RICA: Personal Capacity:
- As soon as your order is captured, you'll receive a link via WhatsApp to complete the E-RICA process, which you must complete before delivery takes place.
- For RICA verification, you’ll need to have your original ID.

Delivery:
- The SIM will be delivered within 5 days.
- After placing your order, you'll receive a RICA link via WhatsApp, and your order will only move forward once RICA is completed.
- Our delivery partner will then send a message with your delivery date and an OTP, which you'll need to provide to the driver on the day of delivery
- After the first missed delivery attempt, you will be billed R200 for each subsequent attempt unless the courier is at fault.

Automated Activation:
- Insert the SIM card into a compatible router at the registered address.
- Ensure the router is powered on.
- Activation may take up to 48 hours.
- A username & password will be sent via SMS.
Manual Activation:
- If automated activation fails, insert the SIM card into your cell phone.
- Keep the phone on for 20-30 minutes.
- Look for signal bars on your phone.
- You will receive an SMS with the MTN SIM card MSISDN number.
- Note down the number to confirm activation.
Change of Provider capture process to be followed if the customer is moving from another technology to LTE

Billing:
- New customers: The RICA delivery fee and pro-rata subscription payments are collected within five days of activation.
- Existing customers: You'll be billed pro rata one month in advance, debited on the last working day of the activation month.
- If activated after the 26th, your first payment covers this month's pro-rata and next month's full amount.
- Subsequent payments are collected on the last working day of each month.
- For payment details, see Clause 8 of Mweb’s General Terms and Conditions.
- Your bank statement will show “Mweb Internet” followed by your account number for debit orders
