Signing up with MWEB is simple

Just follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure you have the following information with you:

   • ID number
   • 2 contact numbers
   • postal and residential addresses
   • debit order details
   • 3 months bank statements and/or payslip
   • proof of address 
2. Call us on 08600 32000 to sign up or tell us your name and phone number and we'll call you back.
    
3. Or click here to download the MWEB Wireless 24-month Contract order form. Complete and sign it and fax it back to us on 021-596-7121 along with the required documentation as specified in point 1.
    
4. Please note MWEB will only be able to process your request subject to your home or office being within an area that has Vodacom 3G/HSDPA coverage. If you are unsure if you are covered or have any questions please call us on 08600 32000.
