Signing up with MWEB is simple

Just follow the instructions below:

1. Make sure you have the following information with you:

   • ID number
   • 2 contact numbers
   • postal and residential addresses
   • Telkom bill (for ADSL All Inclusive purposes)
   • debit order details
   • 3 months bank statements and last month's payslip
   • proof of address
2. Call us on 08600 32000 to sign up or click here and we'll call you back.

4. Complete and sign it and fax it back to us on 021-596-7992 along with the required documentation as specified in point 1.
    
5. Please note MWEB will only be able to process your request, subject to your home or office being within an area that supports ADSL connectivity. If you are unsure of the area you are in or have any questions please call us on 08600 32000.
