To switch over to ADSL All Inclusive download and fill in one of the forms below and send it to us along with a copy of your ID and proof of address (e.g. an electricity or phone bill on which your address appears). We will contact you to confirm whether all the required documentation has been received.
This process usually takes 10 working days but due to increased volumes, the process may take longer.
Important:
- If you are currently on a Telkom Closer 4 or 5 plan, you will need to downgrade your package to the Telkom Closer 3 package to enjoy the benefits of MWEB ADSL All Inclusive.
If your ID still shows your maiden name, please also send us a copy of your marriage certificate. - Telkom will still charge you for your voice-line rental and voice calls, as well as any additional services, e.g. Closer Plan, Call Answer, etc.
