  Getting Started

  Switch on your Wi-Fi on your laptop,smartphone or tablet.

  When you see a pop up box like the example here, select "Internet" as the wireless network youwish to connect to.

  Click on "Connect".

  Always On

  Open your favourite internet browser(Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari, MozillaFirefox etc.) and the "Always On" screen on your leftshould pop up automatically.

  If the "Always On" screen doesn't appearautomatically, just type: "Always On" into the addressbar at the top and hit enter.

  Select MWEB

  From the "Service Provider" dropdown,select "MWEB".

  Enter Your Details

  Enter your MWEB username. This is yourMWEB email address, so it will look something like this:johnsmith@mweb.co.za.

  Enter your MWEB password. This is thesame password that you use to log into the email addressabove.

  Click the "Log In" button.

  Almost There!

  Once you see the Always On "Logged insuccessfully" image (like the one in thepicture), you can be assured that it's clear skies ahead!

  Click on the link which says "Click here tocontinue" and you'll be on your way! You can nowenjoy surfing the web using your 5 hours of free* Wi-Fiaccess each month!

  Check On Your Usage

  Checking how much time you have left to browse the web ismade simple with the handy pop-up windowwhich will run behind your browser when you're logged on.To view this, simply minimise your screen.

  See the example on the left to know what to look for toconfirm your Wi-Fi access availabilityand see how much remaining time you have.

  If you've run out of free* Wi-Fi minutes and would likepurchase additional minutes, simply log on to "MyAccount", click on "Wi-Fi" and go to "Buy Minutes."
