What is Faxmail Premium?

The MWEB Faxmail Premium service allows you to send and receive local and international faxes using your email inbox. With MWEB Faxmail Premium you get the added benefit of being able to send and receive faxes from a local fixed line number (e.g. 011, 021, 012 etc) instead of using the designated 0860 number.

A monthly outgoing fax limit is set to R435.00 but can be reduced if required. Please note: MWEB is only able to provide on-network discounted rates to other MWEB and partner Faxmail subscribers. In the case of the recipient being off network, the tariffs could be more costly. This could be due to slower delivery rates or higher transfer charges on the part of the recipient’s service provider, over which we have no control.
