Notice is hereby given to existing Bulk Internet Messaging Customers that MWEB Business has amended the terms and conditions by adding “opt in” and “opt out” functionality into the Bulk Internet Messaging Services in order to align these services with the international best practices and/or standards including regulations applicable to the sending or delivery of bulk messages either by sms or email.
This amendment will amend your Agreement with MWEB Business with effect from 1 April 2010.
The amended Product Terms can be viewed at Bulk Internet Messaging. You are hereby advised to peruse the amended Product Terms to enable you to understand the effect this amendment has to your Agreement with MWEB Business.
