ADSL uses your telephone line to carry data. On that telephone line you pay a rental fee for the voice service and a seperate rental fee is due for the ADSL service which is called your ADSL Line Rental. With MWEB ADSL All Inclusive your ADSL Line Rental is incorporated into one price along with your data. You will still have to pay the rental fee for the voice service on your line.
