Why am I not receiving e-mails from <someone@somewhere.com>?
This could be due to a technical problem on the sender's side, or a technical or filtering issue on MWEB's servers.
Firstly, please ensure that the sender's e-mail address or domain is added to your "Always Allow" list. To do this, visit your My Account site and navigate to the E-mail Services page; now find the Junk Mail Filtering block and click on Edit.
If the people sending you the e-mail get a returned message to notify them that the message could not be sent, then communicate the error to the MWEB Technical Support team.
Alternatively, if the sender(s) did not get any return notification, then they need to consult with their administrators or ISP to confirm delivery of the message. This will give an indication of where the fault resides.
Send a copy of the e-mail and error report to MWEB Technical Support on technic@mweb.com for a resolution.
