My Story
Tell us a bit about yourself
Jen and I met at a gig a couple of years back and music's always remained a strong part of our relationship. We may argue the merits of electro vs. rock from time to time, but I'll continue to try and school her in the way of the mighty synth.
What does your Internet set up look like?
We recently upgraded to MWEB Uncapped ADSL on a 4Meg line with no data limits, unthrottled ADSL and cloud storage with MWEB Store-it. After a long day at the office or a late night out, we love nothing more than loading up a few of the treats we download off the Internet and just chilling.

We have a few favourites: we enjoy SoundCloud – it's the world's largest community of sound creators, where you can create, record and share your sounds. IMDB is where we get the full scoop on the movies and series we're looking at downloading. We watch loads of music videos and trailers on the tube of awesomeness, aka YouTube.
Our Setup
We recently upgraded to MWEB Uncapped ADSL on a 4Meg line – no data limits, unthrottled ADSL and cloud storage with MWEB Store-it (with 5 free GIGs) were just some of the reasons we chose this solution. Out Internet downloads go on an external hard drive which plugs into the flatscreen or we just watch it straight off the trusty laptop. For music, it's the iPod and the docking station. I recently bought Jen a 1TB Hard Drive and she returned the favour with a set of wireless headphones, which I now have to wear when she falls asleep during the opening credits of pretty much any movie I choose because "James, it's soooo loud".

This is my baby, Jen uses a PC and we have a desktop in the study, so we're a bit spoilt for choice.
Wireless ADSL Router (4096 kpbs line speed)
Perfect for us as we can get online from anywhere at home and easily connect both of our laptops and mobile phones to it.
Flatscreen Samsung 40" LED 40d6600
We got this one because it's awesome (obviously) and because we can hook it up to our laptops, media player and hard drive.
1TB Hard Drive Seagate FreeAgent
Here's where we store all of the goodness we find online. Now that we have Uncapped ADSL, I think we'll need a new one soon!
iPod Classic 160GB
The music we buy online goes straight onto our iPods which we pop into the docking station, TV or laptop when we have friends over.
Wireless Headphones Sennheiser RS120
These are great for when Jen goes to sleep and I want to fit "just one more show" in before I do the same.
