Metal Gear Survive's final beta will be open to PC gamers

On 22 February, Konami’s Metal Gear Survive will release on PS4, Xbox One and PC. Marco had a great time in the game’s PS4 beta and I, for one, am also quite hyped about the Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain spin-off. PC gamers haven’t had the same chance as PS4 and Xbox One gamers to try the game out and see what all the fuss is about.

Now, the official Metal Gear Survive Twitter account has revealed that a final beta is coming next weekend, from 16 to 18 February 2018. This time, PC gamers will be able to join in the fun, as the beta will be open for PS4, Xbox One and Steam. The Kojima-free Metal Gear might just be what the franchise needs, as it looks extremely fun to play and in case you didn’t know, its gameplay revolves around base defence, mixed with crafting and survival elements.

That’s why I think people who are on the fence about the game should definitely try it out, as the beta is, of course, free for everyone to participate in. The beta comes with two maps and three missions in co-op mode (up to four players). Further, Konami has said that there will be daily missions as well and those who participate in the beta can claim bonus items when the full game releases. Basically, grab a friend or three, then check out the beta next weekend, you might like what you find.
