Mass Effect Andromeda and more are headed to EA and Origin Access

As a main PS4 player there is something that I would really love to live with and that is EA Access. Sony did no opt-in for the service when it was launched back in 2013 and while it did not look like a viable option back then, it is sure worth its monthly price now. Every month we see more awesome games and great opportunities to try out upcoming games like the anticipated Star Wars: Battlefront II, and the new racer Need for Speed Payback.

Well this lack of EA Access on the PS4 has only just gotten worse. EA announced that Mass Effect: Andromeda will be landing in the EA and Origin vault later this month where it will be free for all players to download and play without any sort of payment, or trial system. The game is also the complete edition seen as Bioware canned all DLC planned for the game after it released to some rather harsh criticism. Since then the game has been patched to improve facial animations and other bugs, so while it is not as good as the previous trilogy, it is still worth the playthrough.

In addition to that, the two upcoming EA games for November will also enter the service as limited early access trials. Star Wars: Battlefront II, Need for Speed, and The Sims 4 will be available a few days before the launch of the game where players who are members of this service will be able to download them and play them to a certain point. These games will probably be added to the trial system within a week before their launch.

Last but not least Dead Space 3 will be joining the EA Access vault on Xbox One sometime in October. The game will be the Xbox 360 version of the title and playable via Xbox 360 Backwards Compatibility. For $4.99 the service is pretty great and users have some nice games to look forward to.
