It seems that battle royale games are all the craze at the moment and everyone wants to cash in on the success of PUBG. While Sony and Microsoft fight over who is getting PUBG and deal with their issues there is another battle royale game in development for the Nintendo Switch console. Crazy Justice has just been announced by Black Riddles Studios for the Nintendo Switch and it will feature a dedicated battle royale mode. The game is set for late 2018 release as it has just entered Fig Crowdfunding with the goal of $30,000.

Crazy Justice is a third-person shooter game in cel-shaded style with steampunk elements, created by Black Riddles Studio Ltd. and Black Riddles Studio Publishing, Inc. Play as a hero and save the world from the forces of evil! Complete dozens of missions, find new heroes, gather new special weapons and eliminate the steampunk hordes. Immerse yourself in a beautifully detailed, cel-shaded steampunk world, spanning locations across the globe, from the alleys of New York to Egypt or even the North Pole.

Just 9 days into the campaign, the game has raised $19,000 so it is off to a good start. The game will feature some elements seen below.

  • Building and upgrading system
  • Destructible environments
  • Cross-platform support
  • Motion control support on the Nintendo Switch
  • Splitscreen support for up to 4 players
  • Cover and hiding system
  • Customizable skill deck

You can take a look at the first gameplay trailer below. Crazy Justice is also planned for a PS4, PC, and Xbox One release sometime around the same time.
