PlayStation Store Highlights - Guardians of the Galaxy and indie heaven

PlayStation Highlights.jpg

While there are no so-called "triple-A" games hitting the PlayStation Store this week, there are tons of indie games headed your way. The much-anticipated Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap, Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom and so many more indie games will be available this week on the store. For those who grew up playing games like Darkwing Duck, and Duck Tales, the Disney Afternoon Collection is the ultimate NES collection of the best games from our childhood. These include Darkwing Duck, Chip and Dale, and much more. No, there are no cockroaches in this week's PS Store update

Let us not forget that the latest entry in the Telltales series also releases this week. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Telltale - Episode 1 (yes that title could not get any longer), is out now on PS4, as well as other platforms like Xbox One, and PC. According to the description, the first episode delivers a "brand new story of the universe's unlikeliest heroes". Which is basically Guardians of the Galaxy in a nutshell. The first episode will set you back R109, and it is the first of five. If you are keen to pre-purchase the entire series because you either love Guardians that much or are a sucker for Telltales games, then the Season Pass will cost R379.

Take a look at all the new best games on the store this week.

  • Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Telltale - Episode 1 - R104
  • Full Throttle Remastered - R239
  • Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap - R319
  • The Disney Afternoon Collection - R329
  • Shiness: The Lightning Kingdom - R475
