Predator MGMS Grand Finals Team Profile: ViNCO Gaming

ViNCO interview.jpg

In part four of our eight-part series, which highlights the Predator MGMS Grand Finals participants (four in Black Ops3 and four in CS:GO), we check-in with ViNCO Gaming's Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 team.

The ViNCO Gaming team started off the season with a brand new roster for the First Recon tournament. The team failed to impress during the event as they got knocked out in the sixth round of the losers bracket.

The team, however, had a second opportunity to impress when they received an invite to the Astro Gaming Cup. Once again, ViNCO Gaming's performance was a cause for disappointment as they failed to win a single map at the event, resulting in the team placing last.

In need of serious changes, the ViNCO Gaming ownership decided to completely change the roster of the squad - leaving only one remaining member from the original squad.

The newly formed team impressed early on when they managed to make it to the losers bracket final of the first Predator MGMS qualifier, narrowly losing out to Astra Infinite (3-2). After the qualifiers, the team made their way to EGE where they claimed the second spot, managing to impress all in attendance.

In the second qualifier, ViNCO Gaming excelled and dominated proceedings. The squad looked unstoppable as the pummeled their way through the bracket to go on undefeated, taking the top spot in the qualifier.

With the resurgence of ViNCO Gaming, they are going to be a very exciting team to watch at the Predator MGMS Grand Finals (1 and 2 October). You can take a look at their squad below:

Every member of our tribe has the soul of a fierce hunter, a predator. We bear the mark of our deadly mission. Our ancestors painted their bodies with dirt and blood to strike fear into the hearts of their enemies and rally comrades to battle.
