Papo and Yo
“Stunned, heartfelt, shocked, compassion, terrified, empathy, despair, profound, anger, courage: these are the emotions that stampede through my soul as the credits roll across the screen. I’ve just finished playing Papo and Yo, and I will never be the same. Before Papo and Yo is a game, it is an extremely personal story. The game is a mirror for its creator, Vander Caballero’s troubled childhood with his alcoholic and abusive father.
For more insight in this exceptional game, read my review, “I played a game that changed me, Papo and Yo” It is a must play and for only R149 you cannot afford to miss it!

Special Feature: Indie Week
It is no secret that I am a huge fan of Indie games. My main reason for this is that the medium of video games didn’t grow with its audience, and Indie developers produced a new genre of inspiration. For more insight into the Indie developer psyche, you can take a look at “Indie Games –A digital self portrait.”
I am therefore thrilled that GamersGate has an Indie Week. The selection of Indie titles are impressive and you won’t get those prices anytime soon.
