Nearly the end of January, time flies when you’re waiting on video games to be released. With E3 coming to announce new consoles by Microsoft and Sony (hopefully, all signs lead to this). We wait for the inevitable barrage of platform exclusive games and services fighting for our money.
While we wait though, let’s brush up on our video gaming news so we don't get completely left in the dust.
Ivan & Martin Free On Bail:
After being arrested for taking photographs of military bases in Greece (they were going to use these bases for the next ARMA video game), Martin Pezlar and Ivan Buchta, employees at the video game developer studio Bohemia, have been set free on Bail by the Czech Prime minister Petr Nečas.
The full story can be read on the ARMA forums, their full sentence would have been 20 years if convicted. Bohemia Interactive have stated that they have no knowledge of the two ever being in Greece and photos were taken unbeknownst to the company.

Andrew Kim gets a job at Microsoft
Andrew Kim is a man who gave us a hypothetical look at what Microsoft could be in the future regarding branding and image portrayed to the public, this hypothetical got him a job at Microsoft.
To be more precise, he is working on the Xbox line , possibly branding. No specifics have been set, but it will be interesting to see his take on what the next Xbox should be.
Gas Powered Games Tightens its belt as cash runs dry
Few days after launching the kickstarter for Wild Man, Gas powered games has had to lay off almost their entire staff due to financial constraints. They are relying solely on the Wildman RPG kickstarter to be a success.
"The studio is still operating, but we had to slim WAY down to conserve cash reserves” - Chris Taylor CEO of Gas Powered games
With the Kickstarter currently at $250,000 with a goal of $1.1 Million , its not going smoothly. They have 26 days to reach there goal.
"We spent all the last dough that we've had, and the last several months working on it. So we're betting the company on it” - he said
