Ubisoft have released an app for mobile devices that will allow you to link your Far Cry 3 Account to your mobile. Seems simple but what the app does is allow you and your friends to unlock new weapon combos for multiplayer or co op play.
The new application is set to help players receive new unloackables for weapons by an application for your mobile device. What the application allows for players is the ability to decode the encrypted data found during game sessions. This in turn allows players to earn advanced Weapon mods and customize their Loadouts on the go.
The decoding of encrypted date takes time, but this process can be made quicker by inviting friends to the application and sending 'speed boosters' to one another. The speed booster will allow players to decrease their waiting time for their specific weapon mod. Your weapon mod then can be used on your personal account, or alternatively you can trade it with your friends that are also using the app.
The basic rundown of all of it is: Once you have the application, you invite your friends to speed up your boosting time for your weapon mod. Or alternatively you can just wait it out until your mobile decodes the encrypted data, it seems Ubisoft even cater to people like me with no friends .....YIPPEEE!! *clears throat* Moving on.... once you have your weapon mod you can use it on your Far Cry 3 account to tear your opponents to shreds. To those lucky enough to have friends you can always trade/give the unwanted mods you unlocked with your buddies.
The application itself is a great way to keep yourself excited and involved with Far Cry 3, even when at the work place. Hey, I'm not saying your boss will like it, but then again who really likes their boss......and I'm fired.
