See that pic up there? That is Bioware's Casey Hudson confirming that the Canadian developer is busy making a new Mass Effect game. That, in and of itself, isn't too surprising. After all, why wouldn't they make another Mass Effect, it only made them like a gajillion zillion dollars. Why would they want more of that stuff?

No, what's more significant about  Hudson's tweet is that he is specifically asking the fan's for input into what the team should be doing with the next game in the Mass Effect franchise. Now whether the development team actually listens to any of the suggestions the fans put out there is another story all together, but it's not every day you get to make a contribution to your favourite gaming franchise.

Personally, I want the default character to not be shaved headed, male Caucasian space marine. With the vast scope of the Mass Effect universe, I'm hoping the game will have a female, alien in the lead. Also, a greater variety of weapons and customisation on the level of the first game would be nice too. Other than that, I'm just happy to have more Mass Effect. What would your reply to that tweet be?
